All our fees must be paid in advance in two instalments. The
amount of these instalments depends on whether you agree to a
fixed-quote fee or a time-spent chare basis click here.
Bills are due for payment upon presentation. All bills,
whether interim or final, must be settled in full within one
month of delivery. After one month, interest is payable on
the overdue amount at a rate of 4% above . bank base rate
until payment in full is received.
If you fail to comply with any of your obligations to us, we
reserve the right to cease assisting you in a particular
matter, or in all matters, and to decline further
instructions from you.
On conclusion of your matter we can provide the papers to
which you are entitled, subject to any right we may have to
retain them if our charges have not been paid. Alternatively,
we will place your file in storage at our cost for a period
of six years. If you require access to that file during this
period we may make a nominal charge for its retrieval and
despatch to you. After six years, the file will be destroyed
unless you request otherwise and pay for storage.
In the event that there be a conflict between the French and
English versions of our website, the English version shall
prevail in all circumstances.
FPS, and the web site per se, are domiciled in England, and
any possible dispute relating thereto may only be dealt with
by the English Courts and shall be subject solely to English
law.
